We provide our customers with a wide range of home remodeling services including, but not limited to: kitchen and bath remodels, residential and commercial roofing, as well as damage restoration.

We will provide you with all the training and resources that you need in order to reach your full potential - at Kris Konstruction, our industry-leading commission structure enables top salespeople to make $1,800 per week!

We are currently seeking outgoing and motivated individuals to join our sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Go door-to-door in order to generate leads and schedule appointments, providing a consultative sales approach.
• Attend office meetings to discuss successes and insights gained from the preceding day.
• Be knowledgeable of our services in order to effectively communicate with customers and prospects to ensure that they understand the services necessary to upgrade/restore their home.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

• Not afraid to knock on doors and make money
• Ability to control a conversation and build rapport with prospective clients
• Maintain a high level of confidence and composure throughout the entirety of the sales process
• Possess a strong desire to attain financial independence.
• Door to door sales experience is a plus, but not required!
